Keep your elbow tight and move your palm towards the arm of opponent. Grab his arm and push him. She also shows you the techniques on how to put pressure over an opponent and on how to kick him effectively. She elaborates strong hits to protect you in any target area by kicking, pushing, and slapping.

The front kick and knee strike are also shown in this video. Observe the technique closely. Observe how she brings her arms near or below the head while moving the arm in an upward sweep. She demonstrates all the moves very slowly and then quickly to make it easier for you to understand the similarity. You must learn this blocking technique to stop the attacker from hitting or injuring you. In the last two simple techniques, you will learn how to hit strongly. Remember the vital areas to attack and save: the eyes, nose, ears, and groin.
Instructor Malwina shows you the effective strikes done with an elbow that you can use at the time of self-defense to disable an attacker. Strikes – Front Elbow Strike, Round Elbow Strike, Palm Heel Strike Focus on the way she folds her hands while bringing her elbow in front to strike. Observe the way she closes her fist. These small techniques are essential to make the hit effective. In the first strike, you start with a walking position. Bring the arm backward and swing it forward while striking your opponent with an outer forearm around the elbow. In the following strikes, she shows the round elbow strike and the palm heel strike. The palm heel strike can be very devastating at the time when properly applied. It is performed with an open hand and with the fingers extended. The strike is made to the target with the heel of the hand.
